We recently upgraded our dental office to all digital. We received quotes from multiple vendors for different parts of the system. We decided to buy the digital X-ray portions of the solution from Randy Ahlquist because of his pre-sales knowledge and support. We were very pleased, however, with Randy’s after sales support as well. To name a few of the areas where Randy really made us happy. He sent us information and walked us through the modifications we needed to make to the wall in our X-ray room to support the Digital Pan System. He called the vendor to find out if the additional warranty promotion would be extended on the X-ray sensors when we had to delay our purchase. He chased down power requirements and sent wiring parts prior to delivery so that the electrician could pre-install the controls. He came to our office on the 1st day of turn-on to make sure we knew how to use this new equipment. He brought the training person with him. Needless to say we have been very pleased with the support that Randy has provided throughout the sale. Of the 3 vendors that we dealt with, Randy was far and away the most responsive and supportive.
